The Palava Citizen Portal (www.mypalava.org) is currently available for Primary Residents (Owners/Tenants) only. We will soon update the website, so that the login-id/password of MyPalava mobile app works on the online portal as well. Secondary residents can avail all 311 services (e-request, e-reports etc.) by calling 311 Helpline (call 311 from intercom or 0521-6767311 from mobile/landline).
